Overview
The User Sessions page provides a detailed view of individual viewing sessions across all your monitored streaming applications and platforms. This page helps you track user viewing behavior, identify sessions with errors, and analyze playback patterns across your entire streaming infrastructure.
What you can do with User Sessions
Use this page to:
- View all user viewing sessions across all applications where the video agent is installed
- Track session-level details including View ID, Session ID, User ID, and Application Name
- Monitor content being viewed by title and platform
- Identify sessions with errors for troubleshooting
- View session start and end times to analyze viewing duration
- Access detailed session information by clicking on View ID or Session ID
- Filter sessions by time range to focus on specific periods
- Analyze viewing patterns across different devices and platforms
- Review content details for each session
Who uses this page
This page is useful for customer support teams, quality assurance engineers, and operations teams who need to troubleshoot user-reported issues, analyze individual viewing sessions across platforms, and understand user behavior patterns across all streaming applications.

The All Platforms > User Sessions for Streaming Video & Ads lists all the sessions across all the applications.
View the User Sessions page UI
The User Session page table has multiple columns to display various information for each session. The following table provides the information about each column available in the Session page UI:

The sessions table shows all User Sessions that started within the time filter selected above the table.
UI | Description |

View ID | A unique id generated every time any app starts. For more information see View ID |
Session ID | A unique id generated every time any session starts. |
User ID | The custom user identifier value to associate user sessions with video and ad playback events and attributes. |
Application Name | The name of the application that was entered at the time of installation. Click the application name to view the detailed information. See Summary for more information. |
Content Title | The title of the content that was viewed. |
Session Start | The time at which the session started. |
Session End | The time at which the session ended. |
Platform | The type of device used by the user. |
Error Details | The errors that occurred during the session across all applications/platforms. |
Content Details | The details of the content that was viewed across all applications/platforms. |
