New features
- Adds in NRQL query history to the iPhone (iPad will come later).
- Adds in the ability to write NRQL queries.
- Links Alert incidents that target a NRQL query to show the in-app NRQL editor.
- Includes more detail screens on the iPad for APM, Browser, Mobile, and key transactions.
